When you start up Voice Overlay you will get this...  |
When you click on options you will get this. Choose your font type, colors, and most importantly your text Position. The Text Position is for where you want the text to show up in game on your screen. Also enter your name. The other options can be tweeked with as you wish. Then click OK.  |
To start Voice Overlay click the red button and it should turn green...  |
