Server Order Form

Dedicated Managed Super Server with the MOD of your choice! Put any Half-Life mod on your very own dedicated server. Counter-Strike, Day of Defeat, Natural Selection, TFC, or any other Half-Life mod you want. These servers can easily handle a pair of 32 player games of Counter-Strike or a few smaller games. Also we will setup stats and the web hosting on the same server for no extra charges. Just tell us what you want and we will see what we can do.

Dedicated Managed Standard Server with the MOD of your choice! Same as the above deal but on a less powerful server. This machine could hold a 32 player Counter-Strike server with ease.

Dedicated Managed Basic Server with the MOD of your choice! Same as the above deal but on a less powerful server. This machine could hold a 20 player Counter-Strike server with ease.

• FULL FTP Access - You have full unrestricted access to your entire server folder to upload, download and modify files.
• RCON Access (Unless HalfD is being used) - Allows you to send commands directly to the server console from in game or a third party application.
• UserMin Web GUI - Here you can change your password and also access the Java based file manager with a built in text editor for easy editing of configuration files if you are unfamiliar with FTP.
• Free Upgrades - Your servers are kept up to date behind the scenes, you don't have to worry about getting the latest patches and Mod updates.

• HalfD GUI - Gives you full console power over your server. Much more powerful than RCON and it does not require you to send the password to the server for each command making it safer.
• MetaMod - This is the core of making your server stand out from the rest, it allows us to load additional plugins/mods to the server for admin control, stats, and other fun things.
• Admin/AMX Mod - Allows you to assign players to have power on the server and also brings special effects and control over the game with extra plugins. Other admin modules can be used but with limited technical support.
• In Game Stats - Achieved using either AMX CSStats or StatsME, you will be able to see various statistics on screen during game play. This may be limited on some servers due to HUD output limitations of STEAM.

• Free technical support is available on a fist-come first-serve basis and if it is a minor issue it may not take priority over other tasks at hand. It is also has a limited amount of plugin and map installs, around twenty of each will be installed no problem. Please be assured your issues will be taken care of in a timely manner no matter what. • Support is available 24hrs a day by AIM, E-Mail or Phone contact.
• Support includes the following:
  • Help with FTP - Never used FTP before? No problem.
  • Plugin/Mod Installation - Takes the hassle out of custom compiles for different versions of server mods.
  • Crash Research - We will do our best to find out what is causing the crash and to eliminate it.
  • Map Installation - Don't know what files go where? No problem, we will help you get those custom maps you love installed and working on your server.

• All prices are subject to change without notice. Current renters will not be affected by prices changes unless prior arrangements are made. All Prices are for contracts paid on a monthly basis.
• If a server is found to be using excessive CPU Power or Memory we will need to talk to the renter to see what we can do the optimize it or remove things that are causing it. High CPU/Memory usage causes everyone on the machine to get lag and no one likes lag.
• A server shall not have excessive amounts of plugins installed without approval from the technical support team.
• Plugins/Mods that require an additional fee must be installed and approved by KingPin prior to installation.
• Any Plugin/Mod may be deemed that it requires an addition fee if it is found to cause excessive load on the server, this Plugin/Mod may be disabled until the fee is collected.
• No Ping Boosters may be installed.
• HLGuard may not be installed on any server without approval from the sales team.
• MonsterMOD May not be installed on any server.
• Users may change their password if desired using UserMin but technical support and updates may be denied if KingPin is not provided with the account password.
• Private servers MUST always have a password.
• Private servers MUST NOT contain the password in the name of the server.
• Technical support will be minimal with accounts that have payments pending.
• These terms may be modified at any time without notice.
• Violations may cause a server to be suspended or shut down until the problem is resolved. Or we may resolve the problem ourselves and notify the renter.
